She was born in Elazığ. Ayşegül Öztürk Demir began her education at Bilecik Primary School, completed her high school education at Yozgat Anatolian High School, and earned her bachelor's degree at Yalova University, Faculty of Law.

She is currently working as a lawyer in the legal department at Sarıtaşlı Law and Consultancy.
