She was born in Afyonkarahisar. Ebrar TOPALOĞLU, who started his education life at Atatürk Primary School, completed his high school education at Milli Piyango Anatolian High School. She completed his English language education, which he took for many years, with C1 level in England.

She still continues her university education at Maltepe University.

Joining Sarıtaşlı Law and Consultancy as an intern, she gained experience in different fields of law during her undergraduate education.
